Osha Root is known to stimulate the entire circulatory system; increase blood flow to the brain; increases sweating, which helps to rid the body of toxins, and stimulate the uterus. It’s an anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, and anti-viral, and used for treating sore throats, body aches, toothaches, bronchitis, and nausea/stomach issues, particularly in the winter months.
